Our Guarantee to You


We hope you are happy with your order. So that you feel comfortable with your purchases, Avalina Leather offers a 30 day return option from the date of delivery.

Returns

Should you wish to return an item, contact customerservice@avalinaleather.com.au within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Returns outside of the 30 day period will not be accepted.

Products must be returned to our Melbourne warehouse unused and in their original condition with tags attached and contain the RAN. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Avalina Leather will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by Insured Registered Post.

Upon receiving the returned item you will be refunded the full purchase price excluding delivery charges if any. Please allow 2 - 4 business days for refunds to appear back in your account.

Products purchased with personal engraving or corporate branding cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item contact customerservice@avalinaleather.com.au within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Exchanges outside of the 30 day period will not be accepted.


Warranty


If a problem occurs with your purchase within its warranty period, you can contact Avalina Leather for assistance. If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired in line with the manufacturers warranty terms. In the case that no repair is possible, the item will be replaced or refunded. Warranties do not cover wear and tear or misuse.
