Our Guarantee to You

We hope you are happy with your order. So that you feel comfortable with your purchases, Avalina Leather offers a 30 day return option from the date of delivery.


Should you wish to return an item, contact customerservice@avalinaleather.com.au within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

Products must be returned to our Melbourne warehouse unused and in their original condition with proof of purchase and contain the RAN. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Avalina Leather will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by Insured Registered Post.

Upon receiving the returned item you will be refunded the full purchase price excluding delivery charges if any. Please allow 2 - 4 business days for monies to appear back in your account.

Products purchased with personal engraving or corporate branding cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
When You Receive Your Order

We try to ensure all our products are shipped free from defects, but if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact Avalina Italian Leather within two days of delivery and we will organise to have the item replaced.

If a problem occurs with your purchase within its warranty period, you can contact Avalina Leather for assistance. If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired and the item returned to you free of charge. In the case that no repair is possible, the item will be replaced or refunded. Warranties do not cover wear and tear or misuse.
